Instructor
Katrina Gallafent
Katrina is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She brings both professional expertise and real-life experience to every class. A mother of five and an experienced lactation consultant, she has a background in maternal-child health and deep firsthand knowledge of the early postpartum period. She provides evidence-based lactation support in a warm, non-judgmental way, helping families feel informed and empowered as they navigate feeding decisions.
